1. Admin & Accounts Assistant

Required Skills and Experience

Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement, office supplies, and stock records.
- Maintain records of supplies provided to outreach workers.
- Handle petty cash and daily expense records.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement outreach activities according to the approved work plan and assigned targets.
- Identify and monitor areas where injecting drug use occurs.
- Register clients and maintain outreach records.
- Distribute syringes, condoms, and other approved prevention supplies.
- Educate community members about HIV prevention, safer sex, and safer injecting practices.
- Refer clients to mobile medical teams and relevant social services.
- Conduct awareness and advocacy sessions.
- Prepare and submit daily activity reports.
